Here's how it works: Just browse through our fantastic selection of liquor, perfume, cosmetics, cigars, and accessories at the Departures store. Then, head over to our convenient Shop & Collect counter where you can easily place your order, or feel free to ask any of our friendly staff members for assistance.

How to cancel/refund the Shop & Collect order?

In the rare instance that you need to cancel or request a refund for your Shop & Collect order, simply reach out to our dedicated HDF support team at hdfcustomercare@gmrgroup.in or call @8106956363/ @8106256364 to initiate the cancellation or refund process 

How long do the refund procedures take?

The refund process typically requires 15 working days to be completed from the moment refund details are provided, once it's requested from the support team following a review

What should I do if I miss collecting my Shop & Collect order?

If you happened to miss picking up your order from the shop floor, please reach out to our support team promptly at hdfcustomercare@gmrgroup.in  or through https://www.hyderabaddutyfree.com/arrival/contactfor further assistance regarding refunds or collection.

What are the allowances for the Shop & Collect order upon arrival in India?

Upon arrival in India, the allowances are as follows: 100 cigarettes or 25 cigars or 125g of tobacco, along with 2 litres of alcoholic liquor or wine. The total value of duty-free purchases excluding liquor and tobacco must not exceed INR 50,000. You can make payments of up to INR 25,000 in cash and INR 25,000 on a card, OR the remainder in any other acceptable foreign currency

I am travelling on a domestic flight. Can I book the Shop & Collect order at Hyderabad Duty Free?

Regrettably, that's not possible. Indian customs regulations strictly limit purchases at the Hyderabad Duty Free shop to international flight passengers only. According to these regulations, only travellers with an international boarding pass and a valid passport are authorized to shop from Hyderabad Duty Free stores

Does Hyderabad Duty Free have a home delivery service for the Shop & Collect service?

Regrettably, delivery services are not offered. In accordance with Indian Customs regulations, only passengers travelling internationally with a valid boarding pass and passport are allowed to make purchases from Hyderabad Duty Free stores.
