Browse through the website and block your favourite products by choosing to pay online or reserve online and pay at the airport. You can avail great deals & offers exclusively online.
You will receive an email confirming your order and collection point details.
Visit the collection point in departure/arrival stores to collect or pay for the orders which are reserved. Settle the blocked orders right after your baggage belt.

Your reservation will be ready for collection in the main Hyderabad Duty Free store which is located in the International Departure after security/ International Arrival after baggage belt area.
At the airport, if you wish to purchase any additional product or products from the stores, it will not be part of the online discount.
You may speak to a member of staff for any assistance.
By Indian customs regulations, we must ensure that the person collecting the orders at the stores in the Airports is the same person whose details are shared on the order. Therefore, a valid boarding card and proof of identification (passport) must be presented when collecting and paying for the orders, otherwise, your placed order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to deny purchase of the products which are not available for purchase for the destination stated on the boarding card.

What happens if my travel plans change?
We will keep your reservation prepared and ready for collection. You can inform your travel plan changes to our Customer Service team (on call: +91 7993827444 or via email: hdf.customercare@gmrgroup.in). If you move to a later flight that day, your items will still be available for collection. We understand travel plans can often change and so you are covered with our cancellation and refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
If online orders are cancelled, for paid orders you will get a refund in 15 days from the date of order cancellation. And for orders with no payment taken until collection, there is no need to cancel your order. You are under no obligation to complete the purchase.

Can I amend my order?
You are unable to amend your order once it has been confirmed. If you wish to add items to your reservation, please simply place a new order and/or cancel the old order.
If you selected “pick-up at store” and no longer wish to purchase some of the items you ordered. Then upon visit to the store to collect your order, just tell the staff member which items you no longer wish to purchase.
I know you sell an item in your airport store, but couldn't find it on our site?
Should a particular item that you are interested in not be shown on our website then a member of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you with finding out if we sell the item in your selected departure/arrival store. What about stock availability?
We do our best to ensure the availability of all our products. If, however, we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you before you collect your order.
Most of our stores do have daily deliveries and therefore items that may have been out of stock when your order was picked up may be back on our shelves when you actually travel, so please check in-store. If you cannot locate an item in store, simply ask a member of staff and they will be happy to help you locate it.
