The prices displayed are indicative only. By usage of this website/Click & Collect online order application, user (passenger) confirms that he/she is of legal age to browse/see/order/buy products listed including Liquor & Tobacco products and avail other offers available at the stores.
By using of this website/Click & Collect online order application, the user (passenger) confirms that he/she is aware of and fully in compliance with all Customs and Security regulations including baggage allowance as applicable and permissible limits of Liquids, Aerosols and Gels.
The pictures of the products/offers/gifts, as may be shown in the website/Click & Collect online order application are only for representative purpose and the actual products or offers or gifts may vary/change.
The online order discount cannot be clubbed with other discounts/offers.
The online order cannot be construed as sale or promise to sale but only an intention expressed by the user (passenger) to buy. The sale shall be completed only when the user (passenger) visits the duty free shop and on submission of physical passport and boarding pass. In the event the documents do not meet the requirements as per the applicable law, the online order shall stand cancelled and the amount paid shall be refunded to the source. The online order is non-transferable.
The online order service does not guarantee for the products/offers/price. We reserve right to cancel/amend any online order or part of the online order without notice/intimation.
The online order has to be collected within 48 hours of the scheduled date/time of the flight. In case of any change in the scheduled travel date/time, we reserve the right to cancel the online order without any notice/intimation.
Online order once placed cannot be cancelled. In all such cases, the user (passenger) should send his request to us by email at hdf.customercare@gmrgroup.in at least 24 hours prior to flight time.
The user (passenger) should not use this website/Click & Collect online order application if he/she does not agree to any of the Privacy and Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.
We reserve the right to cancel the online order in case of any misuse/fraud by the user (passenger).
In case of misrepresentation, we reserve the right to cancel user (passenger) booking and to take suitable legal action including forfeiting the booking amount
By accessing the website/Click & Collect online order application, user (passenger) agrees that any liquor reserved by him/her is not for resale.
There has been no advertisement, personal communication, solicitation, an invitation or inducement of any sort whatsoever by us to solicit any sales of liquor through this website.
